          1 、环境扫描探针显微镜( SPM )

          这个系列的原子力显微镜主要用于测量材料的各种表面性质,并广泛应用于科学和技术应用。它们是对传统光学显微镜和电子显微镜的补充,在简单的表面形貌测量之外有广泛的应用。如载体密度、电荷分布、结合能、电化学性能、表面等性能简单iv到力距离的磁场剖面、硬度和光谱测量用这些显微镜可以研究纳米力学性能。也可以检查一下在各种大气条件下的样品,特别是生物应用所需。这个系列的产品型号有ezAFM, ezSTM, hpAFM, AFM+, Ambient AFM RT-SHPM

          2、低温扫描探针显微镜

          4、测量、表征和操作系统

          1-  Ambient Scanning Probe Microscopes (SPMs)

          This microscope family is used to measure various surface properties of materials and widely used in

          science and technology applications. They are complementary to the traditional optical and electron

          microscopes and have extensive applications beyond simple surface topography measurements.

          Properties like carrier density, charge distribution, binding energy, electrochemical properties, surface

          magnetic field profile, hardness and spectroscopic measurements from simple IV to force distance and

          nano mechanical properties can be studied with these microscopes. It is also possible to inspect

          samples under various atmospheric conditions, especially needed for biological applications. Our

          products classified in this category are ezAFM, ezSTM, hpAFM, AFM+, Ambient AFM and RT-SHPM.

          2-  Low Temperature Scanning Probe Microscopes SPMs

          Similar to above mentioned properties, these microscopes are engineered to work under extremely

          low temperatures (?10mK) and high magnetic fields (?20T). We customize our products to fit in to ourcustomers` existing cryostats or dilution fridges. Turnkey solutions are also available. They are mostly

          used for magnetic or superconducting material studies. Our products in this category are LT-AFM/MFM, LT-SHPM, mK-AFM/MFM and mK-SHPM.

          3-  Controller & Standalone Electronics

          The electronic control and signal processing requirements possessed by our products, gave us the distinctive capability of analog and digital design. The controllers we use with our systems and emerged components can be used independently for different purposes. USB PLL, USB Interferometer, Gaussmeter and SPM Controllers belong to this product group. The followings reflect some of our related abilities.

          A.  Analog Designs

          Sub micro ampere low noise current source.

          Front end design for 24 bit ADCs.

          IV converter designs with pico ampere sensitivity.

          Laser driver with constant intensity.

          Low noise single and quadrature photodetector.

          High resolution interferometer design with extremely low noise.

          Fast piezo driver design with high (?±200V) voltage output for nanomanipulation etc.

          4-  Measurement, Characterization & Manipulation Systems
          These group of products are design for electric transport and magnetic properties measurements. Measurements like, Hall Effect, Van der Pauw, 2-4 contact resistivity, angle depended resistivity, and susceptibility etc. can be performed. Various units allows the user to compose the proper measurement setup for exact needs. Each unit is also configurable internally. Systems have their own dedicated automation software written in Labview.
